Lumenia Lab is a custom software development studio operating at lumenialab.com, based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered software for businesses worldwide.

Project delivery. For clients, we use your details to communicate about your project, issue invoices, and process payments.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for their own commercial purposes.

Our website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand general traffic patterns such as which pages are visited and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and is not linked to individual identities.

5. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
We use Supabase (supabase.com) to store contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions. Supabase stores data on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. You can review Supabase's own privacy and security practices at their website.
Payments are processed through established third-party payment services such as bank transfer or Wise. We do not store card numbers or full banking details on our own systems.
Beyond the above, your data is not shared with any other third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and email addresses for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than 3 years from your last contact with us.
Client project records including invoices and contracts are retained for 5 years to meet accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of personal data not subject to these legal retention requirements at any time.
