01 / The Challenge
The client had no custom system tying their operations together. Inventory, order tracking, and customer communication were all handled manually across disconnected tools, and there was no direct connection between their Shopify store and their courier partners, which slowed down fulfillment and created constant manual back and forth.
02 / The Solution
Built a custom Shopify app that syncs directly with their store, paired with a dedicated customer portal so end customers can view and manage their own orders without contacting support. Integrated courier partners including J&T Express for live shipment tracking and delivery management, connecting the whole order lifecycle into one system.
